Join us for this lively, hands-on class as we demystify the Pacific Rim kitchen with a whole range of bright, fresh and aromatic dishes. Each guest will create:
Course #1: Spring Rolls with Nuac Cham Sauce
Course #2: Japchae (Korean Noodle stir fry)
Course #3: Grilled Ginger Soy Pork Loin with Cilantro Lime Rice
Course #4: Grilled Pineapple and Bananas with Honey Lime Sauce
Paired with: Mango Margaritia

The classes will take place at Cooks of Crocus Hill with one of their renowned chefs providing instruction.  Transportation will be provided to and from the RiverCentre plus a little time to explore the store and the local area. Participants must be 21 years or older to consume alcoholic beverages.
