FAQs

Where can I go with questions at the conference?

There is an Information Booth in Kellogg Lobby, where you can go with any questions. The registration desk in Kellogg Lobby is a great place to go if you need to make a last minute adjustment to your registration, or have any questions about verifying CE. On the meeting room level look for “Ask Me” signs, or volunteers who will be dressed in black blazers with Star of the North badges.

Can I post a job opening, or review job openings at the conference?

We will have a Classifieds board in the Kellogg Lobby. If you have a job to post please stop by the Information Booth and we will help get you set up.

Where can I find handouts for my sessions?

We do not provide printed handouts. You can access electronic handouts, if the speaker has provided them, on the registration dashboard or through the mobile app.

Will food be available?

We provide coffee service in the morning, as long as supplies last.

There are concessions stands in the exhibit hall and on the meeting room level. There is also a cafe in the Exhibit Hall, and a cafe (the Headwaters Cafe) in the Kellogg Lobby.

There are many restaurants within close walking distance of the RiverCentre. There is a break mid-day for lunch.

How do I verify my CE?

At the conference, verify your CE using the mobile app or at a CE Verification station. Post-conference, you may verify your CE on our website. You will need the “Completion Code” which is given out at the end of each continuing education session.

How do I sign up for the Prize Drawing or Passport Game?

Look for the Prize Drawing QR Code sign in the Exhibit Hall Lounge. All registered dental professionals can enter into the prize drawing. Winners will be drawn at random, and announced using the Prize Board in the Kellogg Lobby.

Pick up an Exhibit Hall Passport in the Rotunda of the Exhibit Hall. Have it stamped by exhibitors, then turn it in by dropping it in the passport prize bin.

Is there a space for nursing mothers?

There is a private room on the Meeting Room, as well as a room in the Kellogg Lobby (labelled Show Office West) with 4 private stalls. The women’s restroom along the 600 aisle of the Exhibit Hall also has private stalls for nursing mothers.

How do I get my badge?

If you register before March 28, your badge will be mailed to the address you provided during registration. If you register after March 28, or do not receive your mailed badge, you may pick up your badge at the registration counter in the Kellogg Lobby.

What if I need to cancel my registration?

You can cancel anytime before April 11th and receive a refund (minus a 15% administrative fee). After April 11 refunds will not be given. If you would like to request a refund due to extenuating circumstances please email your request to son@mndental.org by May 9 for consideration.

How do I get my credits just for attending the conference?

All qualifying attendees receive 3.0 elective CEs. These credits will automatically be added to every attendee’s CE transcript for the conference.

How do I sign up to attend a CE Spot session?

You don’t! These free CE sessions are held in the Exhibit Hall and are open to all attendees. First-come, first-served for seating!

Is there a coat check?

There is a coat check in the Kellogg Lobby, available on Thursday and Friday.
