The BLS instructor-led course teaches healthcare professionals both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in both pre-hospital and in-facility environments, with a focus on high-quality CPR and team dynamics. Topics covered include: CPR, AED use, and choking management for adult, child, and infant victims. The American Heart Association has transitioned to an eBook which will be emailed approximately 2 weeks prior to the course date. Instructions on how to access the eBook will be included. Emergency Outfitters has been conducting emergency response training since 1993. Instructors are experienced in performing CPR in a professional capacity. They are a Community Training Center with the American Heart Association.
