The Star of the North Meeting 2009 was a great success, with over 9,200 dental professionals taking part in our three-day scientific session and two-day trade show. This years' show featured the very best in speakers, dental technology, supplies, and services. More than 2,500 dental professionals arrived early on Friday morning to hear an inspiring message by our keynote presenter, Mr. James Bradley, author of Flags of Our Fathers. Attendees were able to relax and unwind after a long day of continuing education at the Starlight Celebration. New this year was an Exhibit Hall Reception on Saturday which offered attendees the chance to explore the exhibit hall without missing any educational opportunities. Over 40 door prizes were given away at the two receptions including our Grand Prize Winner, Dr. Anthony Boe who won a $2500 travel gift certificate plus $500 spending money.

We have made electronic CE/Attendance Verification available through our registration company, QMS. If you did not obtain your CE attendance verification at the meeting, you may do it online until November 1, 2009. You will need your Star of the North badge number, along with the completion code numbers for any open attendance courses you attended. You will want to produce this verification to keep with your records or if you need to track your credits for credentialing or other purposes. It's easy, and it's free through November 1.
