PRIORITY BOOTH PLACEMENT DEADLINE
If your contract and ST-19 due is received by close of business, your company will be included in the first round of space assignment. Contracts will not be accepted without the minimum deposit or credit card information. All deposits are non-refundable after this date. Contracts received after this date are assigned on a first come/first served basis. Booth confirmations and invoices will be mailed after all contracts received by the priority placement deadline have been assigned space.

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT DEADLINE
To receive the Early Bird discount of $100 per 10’x10’ space, your contract, ST-19 and FULL PAYMENT must be received by close of business.
January 2, 2013
Registration for booth personnel is available on the Star of the North website at www.starofthenorthmeeting.org. The meeting sponsor does not register your booth personnel.
February 1, 2013
PAYMENT/CANCELLATION DEADLINE
All invoices for booth spaces, sponsorships and promotional packages must be paid in full. Booth payments are non-refundable after this date. Contracts submitted after this date must be accompanied by full payment.

Deadline to notify the MDA and GES of intent to use an EAC (Exhibitor Appointed Contractor). Contractors must provide proof of insurance.

Deadline to order your complimentary furniture package through GES. The meeting sponsor does not order this for you.

EARLY MOVE-IN REQUESTS
If your company requires additional set-up time for your booth, requests for early move-in on Wednesday morning must be received at the MDA office.
April 19, 2013
Last day for GES Exposition Services to receive advance shipments in the warehouse without surcharges.

Direct shipments to the Saint Paul RiverCentre may be received.
