Promote your company onsite by donating a prize!
Daily prize drawings held on the exhibit floor draw large crowds and are sure to draw extra attention to your company and booth. Drawings are held:
- Thursday evening at the end of the Exhibit Hall Premiere Night. All prizes are limited to dentist only and must be present to win.
- Friday afternoon. Prizes are available to any dental professional and the winner does not need to be present.
- Saturday afternoon during the Exhibit Hall Wrap Party. Individual prizes can be limited to a specific registration category.
Onsite recognition will be given to participating companies. Only twenty prizes will be accepted, so act now to take advantage of this attendee-favorite promotional opportunity!

Additional Information
- Prizes must be non-dental related and valued at or over $100.
- Prize donations will only be accepted by the first twenty (20) exhibiting companies who complete and return this form. A maximum of one (1) prize may be donated per company.
- All prize donations are subject to approval by the MDA's Scientific Session Committee.
- Donating companies will be recognized in the 2013 Onsite Program Book if completed donation forms are received by February 28.
