Star of the North Meeting

The 2012 Exhibitor Prospectus has been mailed, however, you can download and view a copy here.  Please contact Shelly Conlin at sconlin@mndental.org to request a copy if you did not receive yours.

To apply for exhibit space, all exhibitors must complete the Exhibitor Application and Contract and ST-19 Certificate of Compliance form.  Return the completed forms, along with your deposit of $500 per booth space requested, to the Minnesota Dental Association. CONTRACTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY THE ST-19 AND MINIMUM DEPOSIT.  For exhibitors applying after January 27, 2012, contracts must be accompanied by full payment.

Booth prices are based upon location in the exhibit hall.  Exhibitors purchasing a booth in Zone 1 will receive free wi-fi access.

The Star of the North Meeting assigns space on a priority point system for contracts received on or before the priority placement deadline of October 28, 2011. The Star of the North Meeting cannot guarantee that an exhibitor will be assigned any of the space requested; however, every effort will be made to assign booth space in accordance with exhibitor's preferences.

The interactive floor plan is available to view.  Booths cannot be requested online.
