Request a Publication:
All active MDA members will automatically receive a Preliminary Program in the mail and do not need to request a copy each year. The Star of the North reserves the right to limit the quantity of programs mailed to a single address.
If you would like a copy of the Preliminary Program, please provide your HOME address, as duplicate addresses are deleted from our database. Programs are mailed the first week of January.
